What to Know Before You Come In
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. This policy respects your stylist's time and the clients on our waitlist.
Deposits are non-refundable on all restoration and specialty services.

Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is always appreciated. A deposit may be required at booking for select services.
Product Pick-Up
Retail product pick-up is available Wednesday through Friday during regular salon hours.
Please place your product order in advance and note your preferred pick-up day at time of order. A team member will confirm availability and have your order ready upon arrival.

New Clients: The Deluxe Reset is mandatory for all first-time visits and clients returning after 3+ months.

Existing Clients Only: Certain services are reserved for established clients on active care plans.

Pricing: Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and additional treatments required.

Trichology Waitlist: Available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Friday afternoons — virtual and in-person.

Health Conditions: Clients with active scalp infections or open wounds may be asked to postpone service pending physician clearance.
